CrossFit is defined as: Constantly varied (to prepare for random physical challenges) High intensity (power) Functional movement (from core to extremity) The movements are natural, essential, safe, compound yet irreducible, high power producing, and high power producing. The intensity is meant to bring results, how much work in what time. They are varied to prep for random physical challenges and the unknown and unknowable events by the use of different loads, time, domains and movements.
