CrossFit is defined as: Constantly varied (to prepare for random physical challenges) High intensity (power) Functional movement (from core to extremity) The movements are natural, essential, safe, compound yet irreducible, high power producing, and high power producing. The intensity is meant to bring results, how much work in what time. They are varied to prep for random physical challenges and the unknown and unknowable events by the use of different loads, time, domains and movements.

We are a group of people with a vision: to spread fitness and health ideals into women’s daily life routines. We also are a team of CrossFit athletes in-training with a dream to develop a generation of CrossFitters competing in the CF games. Our gym has been designed to deliver on both those dreams as it covers not only CrossFit training tools but also include boxing, spinning, boot-camps, TRX, and strength and cardio machines.
